Insight: Many people see sports figures and idolize their ability to accomplish whatever goals they have, without thinking of their own abilities or how they could feel the same sense of pride and accomplishment even though they cannot perform to the level of a professional athlete.

This will show how Citibike can positively benefit the life of the rider by giving them a reason to feel pride and accomplishment in their own life through “wins” they can control - like their commute.
